It was a privilege to work alongside the likes of Ed Mitchell and son Ryan bbqing up hog and ribs, David Chang, Neil Perry, Dario Cecchini, Paul Wilson, and the boys from Porteno.

Bbq'n for 4 days at the The Taste of Sydney with Ben & Elvis from Porteno restaurant, Wagyu brisket, house made chorizo sausage with chimichurri, smoked cheese & sweetbreads. The boys won best dish with the brisket!

Flat out barbeque..... some serious quantities of brisket, pork butts and ribs were Q'd up in 2013 and 14. Worked along side some awesome like minded people who have a serious passion for what they produce and try to exceed their own expectations. Hopefully the pics will tell more of the story....
